When a USDT-to-RMB quote expires, the safe action is to pause. Expiry means the earlier transaction terms should no longer be used to authorize a transfer, even if the requested amount and recipient appear unchanged.
Expiry is a control, not a punishment
A quote links a particular USDT amount to an executable rate, expected RMB, supported network, current wallet, reviewed recipient route, and validity window. The expiry time limits how long that combined record can be relied upon. It does not automatically mean the customer or recipient has been rejected.
Conditions can change while a quote is open. The commercial outcome may move, a recipient detail may need clarification, or the current route may need to be checked again. A time limit prevents an old message from being mistaken for a current instruction.
What must be reconfirmed
- The exact USDT amount to transfer.
- The current executable rate and expected RMB.
- The wallet address and supported blockchain network.
- The intended Alipay, WeChat Pay, or Chinese bank TT recipient.
- The payment purpose and any requested supporting context.
- The new validity window and timing estimate.
- Any cost that changes the amount sent or received.
Reconfirm the fields together. A new rate alone does not necessarily refresh an old wallet, recipient, or route instruction.
Do not rush because funds are ready
Having USDT available does not extend a quote. Sending immediately after expiry may create a mismatch between the blockchain transfer and the RMB-side instruction. The transaction may need a new review and the earlier expected outcome may no longer apply.
If the sending wallet is already open, close or pause the withdrawal flow until the replacement confirmation arrives. This helps avoid approving a cached address or network selection.
If the transfer was already sent
- Do not send a second transfer.
- Save the transaction hash, network, addresses, amount, and time.
- Contact the desk through an address or number published on this website.
- Provide the earlier quote and on-chain record.
- Wait for the specific situation to be assessed.
Do not assume the expired terms can be honored, and do not assume the transfer is recoverable or complete. The outcome depends on the actual transaction and review.
How to reduce repeat expiry
Prepare the recipient details and payment purpose before requesting the final quote. Check that your sending wallet supports the proposed network and that any withdrawal restrictions are understood. Request the executable confirmation only when you are ready to review and act within its stated window.
For the distinction between planning information and an executable quote, read the rate methodology. The public rate information remains indicative.
A simple expiry decision record
Keep a short record of when the original quote was received, when it expired, whether any transaction field changed, and when the replacement confirmation arrived. This avoids mixing two quote versions in one conversation. If several people are involved in arranging the payment, designate one person to compare the final instruction before the wallet transfer is approved.
A replacement quote should stand on its own. It should not require the sender to guess which fields remain valid from an earlier message. If anything is unclear, ask for the complete instruction again.
Questions about expired quotes
Can I use the same wallet after expiry?
Do not assume so. Ask the desk to reconfirm the wallet and network in the new transaction record.
Will the new rate always be different?
Not necessarily, but it still needs to be confirmed. Similar numbers do not make the earlier quote current.
Does expiry cancel the recipient?
Not automatically. The recipient and route may still be eligible, but they must be included in the renewed review.
Use the official contact page and request a complete reconfirmation before transferring.
