Rates, Fees & Payment Windows
Understand the calculator, your locked order, and the difference between the payment deadline and RMB payout processing.
Before ordering
The calculator reflects the selected route’s current settings.
When accepted
Your order records its rate, fee, USDT amount, and RMB amount.
Before payment
Use the server-issued expiry shown for that order.
01From calculation to an accepted order
Choose the USDT amount you will send or the RMB amount the recipient needs. Select the payout route and check the resulting amounts. The server validates the request using the route’s current settings when the order is created.
A calculation alone does not reserve a payment address or authorize a deposit. Pay only after an order is accepted and its payment instructions are displayed.
02What is recorded for the order
The order records its exchange rate, USDT amount, RMB amount, fee, payout route, and payment deadline. A later change to the public rate does not silently change the quote recorded for an existing order. Check the final values before transferring.
Route rates, minimums, maximums, and availability may differ. If a route or amount cannot be accepted, contact support rather than changing the payment independently.
03Fees and the amount that arrives
Review the order’s displayed fee and the final RMB payout. Your sending wallet or exchange may deduct a withdrawal or network charge separately. Ensure the amount actually delivered matches the expected USDT amount.
If a cost or calculation is unclear, ask support before paying. Do not rely on an old message, chart, or headline rate to calculate a current order.
04Payment window versus payout time
Where the order provides a payment deadline, use that deadline for funding. Automated orders record this at creation and enforce it on the server. A legacy review timer shown after TXID submission measures a different stage and must not be read as a payment deadline.
The payment window is not a promise that RMB arrives within the same interval. Payout follows successful blockchain verification and any required review, then processing through the selected recipient route.
05Expired orders and changed amounts
Do not pay an expired order without contacting support. A late payment, shortfall, or excess remains an issue for that original order and requires reconciliation. A new rate or different payout must be explained before an exceptional payment is processed on changed terms.
See the Refunds, cancellations & payment exceptions page.
