Verification-first handling
Compliance, KYC and Transaction Review
A factual overview of customer, source-of-funds, recipient, and payment-purpose checks.
Information may be requested before acceptance.
The level of review depends on the customer, amount, route, recipient, and transaction context.
Customer verification
Identity and contact information may be required before settlement.
Source-of-funds context
Supporting explanation or records may be requested where appropriate.
Recipient accuracy
Alipay, WeChat Pay, or bank details must match the approved payment.
Legitimate payment context
Unclear, incomplete, unsupported, or elevated-risk requests may be declined.
Send a coherent transaction record.
Review is easier when the customer, source of funds, recipient, payment purpose, amount, and route describe the same transaction. Information should be current, accurate, and limited to what is genuinely available.
Identity and contact
Use your own current information. Do not submit another person’s identity or describe a third-party transfer as your own.
Funding context
Be prepared to explain how the USDT was obtained and provide reasonable supporting context if requested.
Receiving relationship
Explain who will receive RMB and how that person or business relates to the supplier, invoice, order, or stated purpose.
Commercial explanation
Use a truthful description that agrees with the invoice, order, service, deposit, balance, or other legitimate obligation.
What happens when a request cannot proceed?
A request may be paused for clarification or declined when information is incomplete, inconsistent, unsupported, outside current route availability, or presents concerns that cannot be resolved. A pause is not approval, and a previous approval does not automatically apply to a changed amount, recipient, purpose, wallet, or route.
ExtentExchange does not promise that every request can be accepted or that additional documents will make an ineligible request acceptable. Do not send USDT while review is incomplete.
Correct the record before asking for another review.
If the issue can be clarified, submit one updated record instead of a chain of conflicting messages.
Identify the exact issue
Ask which field or relationship needs clarification. Do not guess whether the concern involves identity, funds, recipient, purpose, route, or documentation.
Provide genuine corrections
Correct errors and explain changes. Do not manufacture invoices, alter evidence, or conceal the original recipient or purpose.
Wait for fresh confirmation
A revised request needs its own current outcome. Transfer only after the amount, quote, wallet, network, recipient, route, and validity are confirmed together.
Confirm every detail before transfer
Send the amount, network, recipient route, and payment purpose for review.
